The Red Rubber Ball Foundation

The Red Rubber Ball Foundation is a voluntary charity providing education to disadvantaged children in Kenya.  Without our help these children would not get to complete their secondary schooling due to the poverty faced by their family.  Many are orphan children or raised by single mothers.

As a charity our finances are tight, and we need to ensure that we make best use of the funds we have.  Yet we are required to submit accounts and returns to Companies House and HMRC and to undergo an annual Independent Examination to ensure these are accurate.

We were recommended to Godfrey laws and they have completed this annual review since 2012.  We are grateful for their support, completing their examination promptly and efficiently, providing advice and guidance when sought, and keeping us compliant with charity legislation and requirements.
